Basil Ford of Niagara Falls

I will never buy another vehicle from basil ford of the falls. I bought a Ford escape from them and it has had issues. it now has 97k on it but I just found out that it has a bent frame and it was not disc falls. I bought a Ford escape from them and it has had issues. it now has 97k on it but I just found out that it has a bent frame and it was not disclosed to me. the vehicle has been through three sets of tires before 100k. the vehicle has made wheel bearing noises which I was told was normal. I reached out to the dealership this morning to talk to the general manager James Cain. after texting back and forth with the service rep all day James refused to call me. he sent me an email basically stating that they will not do anything at all. I have the escape from them and my girlfriend bought a focus from them which has alot of issues also. I will never buy another vehicle from basil ford again. and possibly never another ford. I am very disappointed with their customer service. never again. More

First time for service at Basil in Niagara Falls and it was a very positive experience. Took the truck in for a recall but also had a few other issues going on. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, was a very positive experience. Took the truck in for a recall but also had a few other issues going on. Left my car for a recall at 11:15am and returned at 1:10pm and car had not been in yet. Service tech said it would be done in 20 minutes.
