I will never do business with Basil or Ford for that matter again. After taking my van in for 3 recalls, they give me a rental "CAR" even after I advised them I needed a VAN to get my handicapped finace matter again. After taking my van in for 3 recalls, they give me a rental "CAR" even after I advised them I needed a VAN to get my handicapped finace around got nothing but the run around for the next 8 weeks. Now they are refuseing to reimbuse me money I am out due to having to use a friends van. VERY FRUSTAED & UPSET WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!! More
