Terrible experience from the day I drove off the lot! Took them 5 months to fix my check engine light. While that was being fixed at the Buick dealership my car was hit on the back bumper. I noticed it that evening went back the next day. They still have not fixed the damage they caused on May 22nd. Now my check engine light just cam on again. More

Well let's begin with my last visit 2 weeks ago I asked to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he sta to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he stated that he will see what he can do about my issue. Let's see it's 2 weeks later I have not heard from Patrick nor Jason Hughes. Their customer service is really bad between 2 managers that should know better about following up with their customers' issues. I believe Jason Hughes just did not want to deal with me so he pretended to be in a meeting so unprofessional. I had given them both enough time to follow up with me so they should not be surprised that there getting a bad review hope they can learn from their mistakes.
