Much better experience than at Northtown or Towne (the latter apparently thought they don’t need to negotiate - They will give you the icy treatment when you counter their high price). Pickup was a breeze - in and out within 30 minutes and car was in near perfect condition. Highly impressed with their efficiency and their overall customer service. They work hard to earn your business. More

Disappointed I have had great a relationship with this dealership (Joseph Manko) and I can't believe how I was treated today. My 2019 Tiguan failed inspection beca I have had great a relationship with this dealership (Joseph Manko) and I can't believe how I was treated today. My 2019 Tiguan failed inspection because of a tear in a wiper blade that needed a fingernail to show the tear. I raised concern about this but agreed to pay for two new blades. I went to pay and an employee, that I wasn't even dealing with, made sarcastic comments to me (my opinion) regarding the WIPERBLADE concern. I did not appreciate the sarcastic comments from this person which didn't stop after I told him that I just wanted to pay the bill. If not for his sarcastic comments , my rating would have been a 5 star. I don't even know his name but my service advisor, Justine Galante, can certainly clarify that. Unbelievable. More

On 3/16/20 my husband & I were taking a walk & discussing our Tiguan & bing got an email x Adam giving reason why & costs of leasing a 2020 x them now rather than waiting. I called, got more info, talked with my husband, called Adam back to say “yes” & could we pick it up the next day(we live in Skaneateles—2 hrs away, filled out application & received a call the next morning saying they had everything set for us, drove to Lockport, were greeted by Kevin & given more info, signed papers with Taylor, turned in our other car & arrived home with a shiny beautiful car less than 24 hours after Adams initial email...what a wonderful experience!! Professional, knowledgeable, personable & kind...all of them...& they made us a great deal. These are trying times, but life goes on & Basil is an oasis in the midst of chaos. More
