I recently leased a new Atlas from Basil VW and it was a great experience working with Tony Borzilleri in sales and Adam the GM. Tony was very knowledgeable and went through all the different trim level opt great experience working with Tony Borzilleri in sales and Adam the GM. Tony was very knowledgeable and went through all the different trim level options to help us find the one that best fit our needs. The dealership didn’t have the color we wanted on the lot so Adam worked quickly to obtain the vehicle which was no small feat given the shortage in supply due to Covid. The service we received from both these gentlemen set Basil apart from other local dealerships and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a Volkswagen. More

When I entered the dealership I was all over the map and just beginning my car search. Kevin was patient and kind, answering all of my questions. Very receptive to negotiation on used Volkswagen. Priced lower compared to other Buffalo area dealers. Open to negotiation and took approximately $1500 off starting price. Based on KBB range, I felt like it lower compared to other Buffalo area dealers. Open to negotiation and took approximately $1500 off starting price. Based on KBB range, I felt like it was a good deal as I purchased closer to the lower end of KBB’s range. Much better experience than at Northtown or Towne (the latter apparently thought they don’t need to negotiate - They will give you the icy treatment when you counter their high price). Pickup was a breeze - in and out within 30 minutes and car was in near perfect condition. Highly impressed with their efficiency and their overall customer service. They work hard to earn your business. More
