When I came back, he asked me about my trade vehicle, which I admitted was in rough shape. Basney Honda still gave me a fair value for my trade, and a very good deal on the Odyssey. I was in my new (to me) vehicle and out the door in less than two hours. Tony and Chip treated me like family! More

In the sales area their people are very well versed in all aspects of the product they sell, there is no high pressure to close you the minute you walk in like most dealerships. And they are very fair when it comes to the pricing you get for your trade in or on the car your purchase. Their service department does a wonderful job of explaining whatever is wrong with your car (that is if there actually is something wrong), and they are always very quick to get you in and out as fast a possible. The service manager Bob Briney always contacts me with a personal follow up to make sure that everything has been handled correctly and with the upmost or professionalism. I would definitely give my recommendation to anyone who is either looking for a new or used car or is in need of service on their existing car. More
