Misdiagnosed window problem first visit, sent away fixed, it wasn't. Curt mad it right and had part ordered. Asked to be put on no car wash list when being serviced. Service Manager Alan Royce and service advisor Austin were excellent to deal with. I had a complex engine issue. I was ripped off by the last place I used. My legal counsel recommended I turn to Basney Honda to have my engine issue properly resolved. They use Basney Honda them selves. I had to drive over an hour to get to this Dealership. My car was repaired properly here. Alan Royce was so helpful explaining the situation in a way I could understand when things got overwhelming for me. I appreciated his guidance. Austin is so calm and easy going it was a pleasure dealing with him. My car is solid now. It drives like a new car. I highly recommend this service department especially for widows, single ladies. Honestly and integrity is what you will find here. More
