The reason I am such a loyal customer is the customer service. Bob Briney is very good at getting me into a vehicle that I can afford and also like. He even went so far to deliver a car to me out of state. You don’t find that kind of service at your big dealerships. No pressure car buying experience. I was looking for a CRV recently at Basney Honda in Mishawaka, IN and it was unlike any past experiences I've had looking for a vehicle. The selection I was looking for a CRV recently at Basney Honda in Mishawaka, IN and it was unlike any past experiences I've had looking for a vehicle. The selection was great and the showroom was outstanding. Most importantly was how the salesmen treated me from start to finish. His name was Greg Shepard and he actually listened to what I was looking for and brought up questions I never would have thought to ask. He showed me all the options available and made sure I understood what he demonstrating.
