Awful customer service Bob was the salesman that worked with me. He left me waiting for two hours to fill out paperwork and turned out all my paperwork was incorrectly enter Bob was the salesman that worked with me. At the same time he was "assisting" me he was also trying to work with another customer even when I was scheduled to come in to get my car. He kept repeating "please don't give me a bad review, I'm usually better at this". He told me to give him an A but I refused to give him a review at the time because I was so shocked by my experience. It was an absolute nightmare getting my vehicle (it came to them a week after they said it would) and then wouldn't work with me around my work schedule. I will not buy nor recommend this place to anyone else. More
