Customer Service is terrible Went in for a radio issue. Car was under warranty and took the vehicle in to have radio replaced. This became a nightmare very quickly. The customer service at this dealership is very poor. Gone are the days when "the customer is always right" and people are actually taken care of. Bates Nissan is no exception. Their General Manager, Kevin Adams, talked to me on the phone like I was a dog. Absolutely no respect from this "man", who apparently thinks he can treat people any way that he chooses. Spoke to the owner, Bobby Bates, and understood why his general manager treats people the way he does, the owner is no different. I am no longer doing business with this so called company and have already taken my business to another dealership. Please be wary of Bates Nissan; they'll make sure they sell you a car, but after you sign on the dotted line, you're done. More
