Best Purchase Ever! I had such a great experience, I now have every intention of staying with Nissan. More importantly, Bates Nissan in Killeen, Texas. These guys really worked hard to make sure my wife and I were happy. As a matter of fact, it went so well I had end up purchasing two vehicles! Both Loab Burke and Michael Veal made sure everything went well by making sure we test drove all the different possible vehicles that will suit our needs before making a decision. They even stay back after closing for us! These two men were polite, patient, respectful, and professional. But what really meant alot to both my wife and I was that fact that they're both great listeners and super patient. I love my two new cars! I wouldn't have known any better if it wasn't for them. I can't wait for the 2021/2022 Platinum or even the SR Maxima and the Platinum SL or Platinum Reserve Armada. I'm definitely getting into these two badboys in a couple years, I can't wait!
