stay away from this dealership I AM 59 AND I BUY ON AVERAGE AT LEAST ONE VEHICLE PER YEAR. THIS WAS MY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY DEALERSHIP EVER BEFORE. MY ORIGINAL SALES PERSON I AM 59 AND I BUY ON AVERAGE AT LEAST ONE VEHICLE PER YEAR. THIS WAS MY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY DEALERSHIP EVER BEFORE. MY ORIGINAL SALES PERSON WAS MRS ZULMA(NO LONGER EMPLOYED) BUT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ON HER IN PARTICULAR EXCEPT TO SAY THAT SHE WAS NOT PROMPT IN REPLY TO MY E MAILS. MY COMPLAINT IS AGAINST BATES NISSAN WHO EMPLOYS PEOPLE LIKE MR LOAB -MANAGER WHO AMONG THE OTHER THINGS: LIES ABOUT VEHICLE CONDITION,LIES ABOUT TAKING CARE OF SCRATCHES ON THE VEHICLE (IN FACT USED PERMANENT MARKER TO COVER UP THE DAMAGE ON REAR DOOR AND REAR BUMPER),DOES NOT ANSWER CUSTOMER DIRECT AND SPECIFIC QUESTIONS IN WRITTEN(E MAIL) AND INSTEAD SENDS PICTURES OF POOR QUALITY AND MAKES EMPTY PROMISES. I HAVE SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THIS WAS A SMOKER VEHICLE AND WAS TOLD BY MR LOAB ,QUOTE " NO IT IS NOT,I HAVE CHECKED IT MY SELF"..end quote. WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE ,BECAUSE THEY WASHED IT AND PLACED AIR FRESHERS IN THE AC VENTS I COULD NOT SMELL ANYTHING. TODAY ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND MULTIPLE CLEANING OF THE VEHICLE STILL DID NOT REMOVE THAT BAD ODOR. IT WOULD COST ME SEVERAL HUNDRED $ TO DO SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL IONIZATION OF THE INTERIOR. VERY DISHONEST + AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEIVING PERSON AND SEAMS THAT DEALERSHIP STANDS BEHIND. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL PICK ME UP FROM AIRPORT. ARRIVED AROUND 5 PM AND WAS TOLD THAT NOBODY IS AVAILABLE. TOOK CAB (ONLY 5 MIN RIDE) TO FIND BUNCH OF SALES PERSON SITTING AND DOING NOTHING. IT DOESN'T MATTER 415 I PAID FOR A CAB BUT IT SHOWS YOU HOW BATES NISSAN CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER WHO CAME FROM ANOTHER STATE TO SPEND ALMOST $30 K FOR USED VEHICLE. NOT TO MENTION THAT FUEL TANK WAS EMPTY( I HAVE PHOTO OF THAT). THAT HOW CHEAP THEY ARE AND HOW THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER. I WILL POST THIS TO OTHER REVIEW SITES INCLUDING BBB FOR THE AREA.
