I wasn't given a locking lug key set with my brand new vehicle purchase. I came in and was charged labor to take off and replace the lugs with non locking lugs. I was also offered to BUY a set for my bran vehicle purchase. I came in and was charged labor to take off and replace the lugs with non locking lugs. Just an okay experience. I was told you don’t need an appointment, took my car in and was told they couldn’t do it that day for several hours tried to make an appointment th I was told you don’t need an appointment, took my car in and was told they couldn’t do it that day for several hours tried to make an appointment there and were no appointments for the rest of week. ( think I was there on Tues am). So I went to discount tires and bought a set of tires for my car and called back to Nissan to schedule an oil change got an appointment for following week. Appointment went smoothly, I was there approximately 1 hour for oil change. My oil changes are used up for Nissan so now that I will be paying I will be using a quick oil change place from here out. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. I have never felt terribly welcomed and I have had both vehicles serviced there for past 7 years. More

My car was vacuum as promised. The oil sticker on the windshield was not changed. The A/C and heat was on at the same time. Apparently no one inspected the vehicle.
