We regret you believe you were somehow deceived. As we explained, the vehicle was in fact a demo for the owner. A demo is ANY vehicle that is driven by management and then sold, new or used. We gain nothing by revealing it was a demo as a result there is no incentive to lie to our customer. We drove a total of 12 hours to deliver a vehicle to you at no cost to you while still paying our driver. We stand behind our reputation so strongly that we went far beyond a normal delivery to ensure you were taken care of. If there was an issue with the heater we would have gladly fixed it for you, had you given us the opportunity. Nonetheless, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We will use this experience to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Have a wonderful day!
