Bates Nissan

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When checking in with service advisor I also mentioned that my tires were low on air. My complaint is mainly about the multi point inspection. Why have it when things were marked ok , but indeed were not checked, but the inspection sheet indicated that outgoing air in my tires were 35 psi. I left with low air in my tires and had to return immediately . I run nitrogen in my tires but all the technician added was regular air. I know regular air can be added when nitrogen is not available .The little caps on my stems are green so the tech should have seen this. I landed up having to make an additional appointment to address this issue and redo my tires with nitrogen.(I have lifetime service for nitrogen) I shouldn't have to check up on the work performed on my vehicle at a genuine Nissan dealership. More

Ok service. Not very friendly or anxious to assist. Had an appointment walked in and waited while one person was on the phone and didn't acknowledge my presence Not very friendly or anxious to assist. Had an appointment walked in and waited while one person was on the phone and didn't acknowledge my presence while he other person sat at his desk playing on his phone never looking up at me. So after a few minutes of being ignored I walked around and found someone who who didn't appear busy and told him that I had an appointment. He walked me back to where the guys who had ignored me and said I had to wait for them to get off the phone. There were no chairs in this area so I just stood there waiting. I am going to try the dealership in Temple even though it's further away. More
