You have lost a good and loyal customer for the last 8 years. If the service manager got off his xxx and responded to my problem, all this might have been prevented. I drive from Belton to your dealership. Bought may Pathfinder from Bates and serviced from Bates. My new SUV when cars are available will be bought from another dealer.
