I feel that I don’t get the best quality service as I do at other Nissan locations. Every time I try to state what’s wrong with my vehicle, the service rep seems to always rush me out the door while saying at other Nissan locations. Every time I try to state what’s wrong with my vehicle, the service rep seems to always rush me out the door while saying that he’s going to release the vehicle to me and if I continue to experience the same issues, to bring it back. Trying to get an appointment for service is already tough enough due to availability. Although they are kind and make you feel welcome, I don’t recommend this Nissan dealership at all. Bates Nissan is the best! I previously owned a 2014 Rogue & used Bates for all my service. Due to a freak hail storm in 2020 my 2014 was totalled. I couldn't think of any other place than Bates to purchase a & used Bates for all my service. Due to a freak hail storm in 2020 my 2014 was totalled.
