I traded my vehicle before thanksgiving. My trade still has a lone and its almost Christmas. When I call to find out whats going on then they tell My paperwork was “incorrect” so I had to resign. I go and resign and a day later I ask what the status is. Now there is another form I have to sign. I have never ran into this kind of issue with getting a trade paid off with in a few days of making a trade. Now I have to worry about how much long this will take because my payment for my trade was due 2 days ago but I have not had the vehicle for a month. I am very disappointed with the finance department at Bates Nissan. I will not recommend anyone to bring their business here. More
Very easy transaction, and a fair price for the used Honda Civic I purchased from Bates.
