Service Department Took in for insurance claim on electric wiring (non-accident). Was not contacted for several days after vehicle work was finished. Paid extra 2 days Took in for insurance claim on electric wiring (non-accident). Was not contacted for several days after vehicle work was finished. Paid extra 2 days for rental car out of pocket. When asked about this, changed story and said just finished afternoon prior. Had them review my call history and redial number...went right through. Two fibs before paying. Went to pay my portion, and was told to pay entire amount out of pocket. Informed them that insurance company sent them a check. They said insurance companies don't do that. I paid full amount. Next day, got a call to come pickup a check made out to them from my insurance company. Another trip. When auto picked up, had electronic issue in car. Called and was told the wiring and electrical repair had nothing to do with electrical componet malfunction on pickup. Went to have oil change done afterward, and majority of body clips under front fairing and passenger side wheel well we're missing. Had to replace out of pocket. One matching valve stem cover missing as well. When we replaced fairing clips, told a recall had also been performed and that was related to missing items most likely. Anyway, this was first and final visit to this certified dealership. I didn't mention the mess left under the hood, but that only cost us some time. Respectfully, One Time Customer. More
