When i got there, the receptionist was kind,courteous and led me to the auto service dept to get an oil change. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and forthcoming. Rain, my salesperson, showed me the Rouge's they had in stock and explained in detail about all the different features that came with them. The car I chose was a 2021 used Nissan Rouge with the premium package and has a lot more bells and whistles than my previous car. Clay, the manager, made sure I was happy with my purchase of my 2021 Rouge SV. They set a tentative appointment for my first oil change and explained the warranty that comes with it. I had a rental car and needed to turn it in, and Rain followed me there and brought me back to pick up my car after they detailed it. I felt very valued and would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out. More
