Delivered on finding my 'unicorn' 4R Limited I-Force Max Underground w/ Portabello interior. Did NOT take advantage of me as a customer and provided an honest discount given market pricing for these 4R mode Underground w/ Portabello interior. Otis and Arnold were low pressure, honest, seasoned-kind of gentleman I suspect still think a handshake has meaning. Salesman Otis did the hard work searching for and finding my desired vehicle. When one suddenly presented itself to Battlefield from another deal that soured, Otis called me on a Sunday and we negotiated the price, visited the dealership, spoke with Emily/Finance and arranged delivery for next day Monday in literally ~3 hrs. Mind you, my experience with other dealers, just to put in energy to look, up front wanted MSRP just on the IF they found it. Battlefield put in the work and then, provided a respectable discount off MSRP which of course, by NOT taking advantage of me immediately earned my respect! This reflects true respect for the Customer. Enough to say that even though they are 1 hr away, I intend to use the Battlefield Toyota Service Department. I suspect their Service managers and Technicians are just as good. More

We recently purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota Dealership. Our salesman, Wayne Moody, was great to deal with. He went through the inventory and found exactly what we wanted. We were able to take it for a test drive and purchase it the same day. We were there due to our car being totaled and in need of a new one. Wayne was sympathetic to our needs and supportive during this process. Emily Schuyler our finance person, was equally fantastic. Automotive service is very slow, even when you make an appointment, waited 2 hours for a VA inspection, not good !! My time is as important as anyone’s and 2 hours is way too long to wait when you had an appointment, waited 2 hours for a VA inspection, not good !! Wanted to send out a warning for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. DO NOT GO TO BATTLEFIELD TOYOTA!!!! We went on a test drive yesterday (and before anyone says it we know there are no holds at a dealership) vehicle. DO NOT GO TO BATTLEFIELD TOYOTA!!!! We went on a test drive yesterday (and before anyone says it we know there are no holds at a dealership) but we then went home and discussed it overnight. I went online this morning before they opened and filled out all the paperwork through their "SmartPath" program, which states that you fill out all the info then the dealership calls and book a time for you to sign the final papers and pick up the car you just purchased. About an hour after everything was completed on my end I hear from the sales person we dealt with (who was absolutely amazing by the way) that someone was at the lot to look at that car and it was being sold out from under us because we weren't physically there. Then what is the point of the "SmartPath" program you might ask because I did. I was told it is a Toyota thing not a Battlefield thing so they basically don't honor it! Never have I ever gone through such a shady process and never will I deal with ANY Battlefield company at all ever again! Buying a car is a stressful process as is and they just made it so much worse. (I do want to again add that it is sad that the sales lady didn't get the commission from this sale from us because she was just awesome through everything yesterday and agreeing to come in today on her day off to meet us.) Went in with a 11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation….Went and got lunch and returned to find out that my appt went out the window when I left for lunch…Went in at 2:30 to check on my tru tire rotation….Went and got lunch and returned to find out that my appt went out the window when I left for lunch…Went in at 2:30 to check on my truck and they were about to put brakes on it…no-one told them to put on brakes…Got out of there by 3 pm and will never return for anything …By the way, the service advisor who gave my appt to someone else is called Mike…Went straight to Culpeper Tire and Auto for brakes the next day….Honorable people… More
