I found the staff at the Port Clinton location to be outstanding with Jason leading the charge. He found a truck that met my needs and had it brought up from the Tiffin facility the next day. The Tiffin facility however is a disgrace to the Baumann name. Not only were they unable to send the second key fob for the truck to Port Clinton in two weeks time, but when I drove down to pick them up my self, 4 sales people were sitting at a table and it was a great effort for any of them to get up and great me, yet alone get my key fob. In summary, the Port Clinton facility is great. Had I gone to a a Tiffin first, I would probably be driving a vehicle from Firelands. More
