I live out of town, so much of what I requested was probably atypical or unconventional, and Sicilia was right there willing to help in such a kind, no pressure, expert, knowledgeable way. From the teleconference tour of the car I was considering, to answering lots of questions, to the purchase process itself, to helping me figure out how to pick up the car by myself; to care after the purchase, to replacing the key fob battery hours away, ....again the entire process....she exceeded upon exceeded upon exceeded any expectations. I cannot recommend Sicilia enough now. I also want to recognize Mackenzie Schutte for a thorough review of the car's features and technology; although I jumped 13 years in car technological advances going from 2008 to 2021, it made driving off the lot as easy as if I had owned this new car for years!
