I am giving this dealership 2 stars due to a very frustrating and disappointing experience. We arrived before our 4:00 PM minivan pickup and completed all paperwork on time. After signing, our agent frustrating and disappointing experience. We arrived before our 4:00 PM minivan pickup and completed all paperwork on time. After signing, our agent left without explanation. We saw her assisting another customer while we waited nearly two hours with no updates or follow-up. No one communicated with us while waiting, and we were not offered any refreshments until we asked. When we inquired at the counter, we were told the system was down for the day, yet we saw other customers purchasing vehicles. That explanation did not seem honest. We left upset and returned the following Monday, when we were told there had been miscommunication with another Toyota location and that the finance department had closed. Main concerns: * Poor customer service * Lack of transparency and professionalism. (dishonesty about the system) * Very poor communication * Long, unnecessary wait time * No accountability. We have never experienced this level of disorganization before. Very disappointing. More

Gus Martinez was professional and provided excellent customer service. I was dreading going through the typical car buying process, but was quite surpised that this was not the case. Gus was straight forward, presented the vehicle cost and provided some additoinal service options. He explained each item on the sales contract. Johnny Nesci, the Product Specialist took the time to show and explain the vehicle functions to me during the Test drive as well as after the vehicle purchase. Johnny was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. This was the best car purchase experience that I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend Gus, Johnny and Baxter to anyone. More
