For someone who never has time to leave reviews, my experience was so awesome that I had to leave one right away! My whole experience and test drive with the new hybrid Sequoia was awesome, but honestly Johnny made it incredible and so fun!! His knowledge was next level. Every question I had, he answered without missing a beat, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense instead of throwing out a bunch of car jargon. I never felt pressured, which I really appreciated. He was funny, positive, and just easy to be around. I actually felt like a learned so much about the vehicle AND the different trim packages that now I can make a decision that I will be so confident in! Also, as a woman who's visited a few dealerships over the years, I can't tell you how many times I've been ignored while the salesperson talked to the man standing next to me... even when I was the one buying the car.
