We purchased a car from Baxter Volkswagen and immediately had issues. Duane in the service department did everything he could to make sure the car was 100% fixed while accommodating us with a rental, drop of had issues. After the car issues I was originally dissatisfied but because of Duane’s dedication our car had a full engine replacement and drives better than before. Brought my car in for a 20k mile warranty covered oil change/tire service. At checkout I was told I had a payment to make. I explained the service was covered by warranty.
