Baxter VW Omaha is an outstanding dealership for both purchasing a new vehicle as well as getting vehicles serviced. I have purchased several VWs from them over the years and currently own four VWs, all purchasing a new vehicle as well as getting vehicles serviced. I have purchased several VWs from them over the years and currently own four VWs, all of which I get serviced at Baxter VW Omaha. Their staff are all professional and friendly. My 2010 VW Touareg TDI recently needed a somewhat complex maintenance and repair procedure. Baxter's service staff keep me informed of the progress, gave me accurate price estimates up front, and provided me with a loaner vehicle without my asking for one. More

First of all the whole experience was alot more effortless and straight forward than id expected the staff and communication was outstanding. I would rate them better than anyone i have ever used t effortless and straight forward than id expected the staff and communication was outstanding. I would rate them better than anyone i have ever used to purchase a vehicle. Connor was by &far the best sales person I've ever met 100% professional and approachable in every way. If I had a question he had a honest and sincere answer for me that seemed genuine and not canned. He definitely made the whole experience a breeze given my requests he simply put hit every mark without any need to concern myself over the things that everyone worrys about with such an important purchase.
