Spoke with Service Manager - appeared to understand the issue - no further contact Call to Service Advisor - left message - has not called back in a week. Attempted to call General Manager - “ not there” - a person - KF - answered - explained the situation- he was going to check into the situation and call back in a few hours - that was 3 days ago. I trusted the dealership to install and stand by their product - they have not . Communication and customer service is below a “ 1” . More

So I drive away with the perfect vehicle for me.
