Made an oil change appointment online and was even given an "advisor", but when I got there on-time, I was told that I had to wait 2 hours to get the car looked at. He changed my negative impression and that day I leased a new car. I came back again and would only deal with Greg because of my very positive experience. We got a great deal on exactly what we wanted and were given a great and straight forward sales experience that left both my husband and I with a great feeling about the dealership and more importantly, a great car that we paid what we wanted for.
