This is the second Honda I have purchased from Robert at Bay Ridge Honda in 8 months. The reason I came back for my second was due to my first experience with him. When it came time for me to pick up the car(s), I think Robert was more excited than I was (and I was pretty excited too). My overall experience with Bay Ridge Honda, from the receptionists at the front door, to the other salesman I met, along with the people in the Service Department (for my first car)has been exceptional, absolutely no complaints. Absolutly The Best! We needed to trade in our 4Runner for a smaller Crv to conserve gas. Came into the dealership during MLK week to gather info on the vehicle. Was greeted by Windy. Told him we wouldn't be ready to buy unti conserve gas. Came into the dealership during MLK week to gather info on the vehicle. Was greeted by Windy. Told him we wouldn't be ready to buy until Presidents Week. He gave us a brochure and his business card. Asked if I had any questions for him about the vehicle. I didn't feel any sales pressure and he wasn't hovering over my shoulder (which was a plus because I usually like to be left alone to think). After we left, we went to look at the Rav4 in the other dealership and was immediately followed be a sales person. Told him the same thing, but the mood was very different. He asked for my drivers lic., then asked if I want to leave a deposit, because there was a three week wait. Pressure, pressure, pressure. Proceed to see the vehicle and found it to be smaller than the Crv. Anyway, Presidents day came and it was time so we decided on this dealership because of the first initial visit, I felt very comfortable dealing with Windy and he didn't try to persuade me to buy anything right away. We got a great deal on a new Crv and he did me a great favor by asking the manager to give me a discount on the lojack system which I wanted. This sales person is exceptionally professional and hard working. I recommend him to anyone that wants a Honda in the future. Thanks Windy. More

I was pleasantly suprised to see Ismail at Honda. I purchased a car from him a year and a half ago. He was very professional then and was the same three days ago.
