Since I was afraid of dealing with a dealership, I did my homework on-line and thought I would purchase a car on line so as not to deal with a salesperson. Mark changed my mind about car salesman who are typically characterized as aggressive and tricky. Mark allowed us to inspect the CRV which was on my top list without pressing us to purchase the car right away. We went for a test drive and he showed us the various componets of the car. I was so impressed with his knowldege of the car and the new technology. Afterwards, he went through the specific types of CRVs and we were able to make the right decision for us and fell in love with the 2012CRV-EXL. One of Mark Anthony's best qualities as a dealer is his knowledge of the car and the new technology. At the dealership, everyone treated us warmly and the best part is that valet parking was available in Brooklyn. This took off the pressure of coming to Brooklyn from Staten Island.
