I visited the dealership once before I actually made an appointment for to test drive the CR=V. The sales rep I spoke with on that occasion was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing a p appointment for to test drive the CR=V. The sales rep I spoke with on that occasion was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing a printout of the car specifications knowing I was just looking and not ready to buy. He was pleasant and courteous. When I did return for my test drive, that rep was finishing up with another buyer but, while I had to wait, other sales reps were extremely friendly and willing to answer other questions I had even though I was not their client. I found all the staff at the dealership, from the Sales Manager, to other sales reps, to the receptionists, and even the maintenance personnel, extremely helpful and friendly. More
