My husband and I went in looking for a Honda Pilot in February, but felt that we were not ready to buy. Jeff was very courteous and helpful. I visited the dealership once before I actually made an appointment for to test drive the CR=V. The sales rep I spoke with on that occasion was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing a p appointment for to test drive the CR=V. The sales rep I spoke with on that occasion was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing a printout of the car specifications knowing I was just looking and not ready to buy. He was pleasant and courteous. When I did return for my test drive, that rep was finishing up with another buyer but, while I had to wait, other sales reps were extremely friendly and willing to answer other questions I had even though I was not their client. I found all the staff at the dealership, from the Sales Manager, to other sales reps, to the receptionists, and even the maintenance personnel, extremely helpful and friendly. More

We were disappointed when we were going to buy a floor model and management had 2 sales people working the same car with out the sales people knowing it. This puts the salesperson in a very bad position and makes it seem like the dealership is just racing to a sale. . . . More

This was our first time ever buying a brand new car. When we arrived at Bay Ridge Honda we were assisted by Michael Belisario, who is the complete opposite of the dealer stereotype that we were expecting. He was friendly, informative, very helpful, down to earth, not pushy at all. He made our experience of purchasing a brand new car pleasureable and painless. We love our new car and if we ever need to buy another we will buy it from Michael Belisario at Bay Ridge Honda! :) More

He was sure to give me options of how to go about buying the car as well as how to everything in the car works. I felt like I was Jeff's daughter in which he had just purchased her a new car. WOW!!! I have purchased a few cars in the past from another dealership and have been a loyal customer to them for almost 20 years. I have found a new home! From the minute I walked into the used car lot, I was treated like a Queen. The representative that was recommeded to me was off, but Al Hartley was so professional and willingly took the time to get the information I needed and answered all of my questions. Upon my return a few days later, Jeff Goldberg greeted me and was prepared to actively go through the lot of cars with me. He professionally and patiently answered any and all questions. Jeff is not the typical car salesperson. He is not pushy or overbearing by any means and has a great sense of humor. Then came the moment most buyers dread after finding the right vehicle...negotiating the price! Jeff made that so easy with all of his knowledge and expertise. We were able to settle on a great price with the help of his manager, Robert T. Telles, who was more than fair and accomadating. When it was time to figure out the financing and close the deal, Calixtus Joseph (CJ) stepped right in and smoothly worked it all out. What a great Team! Now I see why you all walk around Bay Ridge Honda proudly wearing the 2010 President's Award pin. You truly deserve it!
