I never felt rushed, insignificant or was passed over for other customers. When I met with Mr. Fernandez, the sales representative, he NEVER regarded me as a female driver without knowledge. Some people treat female drivers as if we do not exist, as if we ONLY look at the color of a vehicle and not the quality of our purchase, or rush us. Mr. Fernandez and Mr. Bono were excellent! Mr. Fernandez seemed to have a knack of knowing what I needed. When I met with Mr. Bono for the financing aspect he was the absolute best. He was aware that this was my very first purcahse of a car and he desensitized our encounter (in case my car payment was not to my liking) by introducing a superb joke. I laughed, he laughed, I lost my breah, he cried!!! It was great! I felt at ease with his approach of handling my concerns and I never felt that he was being unprofessional. He and Mr. Fernandez were professional, yet not uptight. My salesperson, Mohammed Ahmad, took a great deal of time to explain the trade in of my Civic, the leasing of the CR-V, and also the "workings" of my CR-V. He answered my many questions with patience. He and the managers I delt with made the experience actually pleasant, which was a great surprise to me. I truly expected the worst but got the best. We were there to swap out a lease on a 2008 CRV for a new lease of a 2011 Accord. Robert came in on Sunday morning specifically to meet with us as this was his day off. I commented to my husband that our last visit to finalize our lease seemed to have taken hours compared to this time when I think we were in and out in about one hour. Kudos to Dwayne for his efforts. This was a 100% Class Act from a first-rate listener, not just a sales person. Financing was a breeze due to Honda's 0.9% promotion. The Finance guy was not as good or respectful a listener as Frank had been, but he got the job done efficiently. Bay Ridge Honda respected my time, needs, and finances, and every time they said they would do something in a certain time frame, they did.
