However, it was my salesperson, Andy Feldman, who made this last leasing process the most pleasant, seamless, satisfying and least anxiety-producing experience of all. Andy's manner was assured without being aggressive, professional, courteous, thorough and focused. At no time during our conversations did I feel that he was pressuring me to complete the sale or impatient to be done in order to look for the "next sale." The negotiations were managed very calmly and efficiently and the details for the transfer of vehicles were handled in an organized and smooth manner. Andy took the time to carefully explain all aspects of the transaction, as well as any new features on the new car I was leasing. During the blizzard, Andy was in constant contact with me to update me on the delivery of my car and also followed up after I had picked up my new car.
