A few weeks back I wrote a review that was not the true feeling I had of Bay Ridge Handa. I had a situation that I was not satisfied and did not contact one person from Bay Ridge Honda. I just wrote and feeling I had of Bay Ridge Handa. I had a situation that I was not satisfied and did not contact one person from Bay Ridge Honda. I just wrote and complained about their professioanlism,their cutomer service and the way they handled my situation. When after one letter to Mr. Gambino I relaized I was wrong to be so frustrated before I even talked with anyone at Bay Ridge Honda. After the letter I must ask you to delete my review of September 10th and leave this review posted. The Manager, Hank helped as much as much he could do. After the service of all three men it was clear to me that Bay Ridge Handa dose not this to make a sale but rathe to please a customer. The situation that I encountered I made out of proporation and therefore my first review was not satisfied with Bay Ridge Honda. However one phone call and one letter Mr. Gambino and Hank did all that was necessary to make me satisfied, which also restored by idea that Bay Ridge Honda is the number one dealership in New York City. I look forward in three years to either Lease or buy a new Honda from Bay Ridge Honda with the salesperson, Mark I have used for the past three cars. He is very professional and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with Bay Ridge Honda. I want to publicly thank Mr. Gambino, Hank and Mark. On october 5 my girlfriend and i just happened to be in On october 5 my girlfriend and i just happened to be in the neighborhood, and we were looking at the certified used vehicles on the sidewalk, then we On october 5 my girlfriend and i just happened to be in the neighborhood, and we were looking at the certified used vehicles on the sidewalk, then we crossed the street to the new vehicle dealer, when we were approached be a salesman named Robert, who was very friendly with us, he asked us if we wanted to take a look at anything, we said yes, he asked a couple of questions to find out what we needed, we have a 2 year old child so we needed some space but not too much, we also were looking for good gas mileage, safety and reliability, he walked us over to a white crv, which i didnt even consider because i thought of it as a "girl car" he explained all of the features, the he demonstrated some interior ones, i thought it was going to be to small for me but i was wrong, he explained ALL the safety features, which is very important to us, I was already leaning towards the crv, just after this short period of time, then he even gave us another option, which was the honda fit, which i definitely thought was too small, but again I was wrong, i fit in it quite well, to my surprise, i loved the versatility that it had, again he explained all the features, i really ended up liking this car too, Actually my brother is a mechanic for honda/acura in Texas and he swears by honda, we also have an old 1995 acura integra, which is still going strong. I even told Robert that I like the way that he was treating us because usually when we go to a dealer, they try to rush us into buying something,before even givingus information or asking good questions, which i hate and will never do again, we made that mistake with our 04 Maxima, Robert even went over the numbers with us, for both vehicles, we did not want to purchase a vehicle that day, but he almost had us convinced on buying that day, my girlfriend was definitely convinced as was I, although we did not purchase that day we are planning on buying within the next 3-6 months and you know what, we will be coming to this dealer and making the purchase from Robert, he is a great salesperson, very friendly and helpful, he listens very well and gave us more information than we expected.
