The service agent was very curt (to say the least) and the only concern was to get the customer to pay for things that doesnt need to be done. We recently purchased a new 2010 Honda Accord. Both Frank and Hank were polite and very knowledge. There was no high pressure antics. Anthony took his time with us and we couldn't have dealt with a better personality. Very charming and the manager Hank is a guy who is there to make sure you are satisfied as well. Of course, buying a car is stressful and should not be and I will say it again, Anthony took his time with us so we were all happy. The 2010 Honda Fit Sport we are totally in love with!
