poor service I brought my car in because of a recall and to have it inspected. Upon coming into the service I was encouraged to have my car aligned and tires rotat I brought my car in because of a recall and to have it inspected. Upon coming into the service I was encouraged to have my car aligned and tires rotated. I assumed this was important and gave permission. The work was done on my car and driving home I realized that the car was very hot with no heat on and there was no cool air coming through the vent. I drove home to make sure it did not change. It actually became hotter so i drove it back immediately and was told that the mechanic had left and to bring it back the next morning. The next morning Chris told me to bring it in. I did an he checked it and then asked his supervisor Andrew to check it. Andrew insisted there was nothing wrong and that the only way to cool the car was to air-conditioner. I explained that I have been driving this car since 2008 and have always had fresh cool air coming into the vents and not this warm to hot air coming in when the temperature was 55 degrees outside. I disagree with his assessment and would like a phone call and someone else look at the car. Summer is coming and it is very hot in the car and uncomfortable. Something was done by a technician to change the flow of air.I am sorry that I did not bring this to my mechanic and possible would have saved the $129 for an alignment and tire rotation and $18 for a free multipoint inspection and would have a car that the temperature is comfortable in the interior. More

Very poor customer service experience from Sales Manager My partner and I just had the worst experience at Bay Ridge Honda. We went into the dealership a second time after agreeing on a price and accessorie My partner and I just had the worst experience at Bay Ridge Honda. We went into the dealership a second time after agreeing on a price and accessorie floor mats for the CRV. However once we arrived the sales manager ADRIAN would not let us test drive the car until he had a verbal agreement we would be purchasing a car! Everything from his body language to his tone of voice was rude and disrespectful. As soon as we got back from the test drive to start the process for ordering the color combo to buy the car Adrian STORMS out of his office and sits on the desk to go over our "agreed price and accessorie". However this time it's a $75 accessorie credit and not the accessorie itself. He then yells "do you want the car or no!?" We say no that's not what we agreed on so he stands up and storms off saying "fine!". At that point I tell him that we came in once to discuss prices a second time to drive the car which you didn't even want us doing without a verbal agreement and now you are telling us we are waisting your time and your sales safe members time. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by any one let alone a sales manager trying to make a sale! If you ever decide to buy a car go else where or make sure not to deal with ADRIAN SYLVESTER. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and contacted their general sales manager about my very poor experience at that dealership. Totally unacceptable! More

CJ and Mr Dance were amazing as usual with assisting my friend. She was originally looking to visit toyota and I told her "absolutely not". I was not wrong. CJ serviced her in the professional way he has used since I've worked with him. CJ is knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Mr. Dance was patient, kind and professional. He did not rush my friend's decision making process but did give her enough options for her to make the right choice. More
