Worse of the Worse service Waited in the waiting room for 4 hours from 12pm to 4pm no-one called my name went up to the speak to service adviser he said your car is not done com Waited in the waiting room for 4 hours from 12pm to 4pm no-one called my name went up to the speak to service adviser he said your car is not done come back tomorrow.why you didnt tell me that earlier or inform me to comeback. having me wait there for nothing. i decide not to let them fix my car and take to different auto repair they charge $138 for the check up fee. Worse customer service ever! I will not coming back. Stay away from Steve Harris (service adviser) He is just unbelievable, worse than worse. take my word for it please see a different service adviser if you have no other place to go since there other service adviser More
