Outstanding Customer Care and Service I recently purchase a Pre Certified owned Honda CR-V from Bay Ridge Honda's and my experience was beyond pleasant. My Sale Rep was Sergio Casian, and I recently purchase a Pre Certified owned Honda CR-V from Bay Ridge Honda's and my experience was beyond pleasant. My Sale Rep was Sergio Casian, and he treated me more as a friend then a potential buy. I had explain to him what my budget was and he really went to work. For over two weeks he would search his inventory, call me with potential vehicle's and did his best to bet me the best price possible. If you are looking for a Sales person who is going to look out for your best interest, hear what you are truly saying with respect to budget and type of car you are looking for, Sergio is you guy. He truly gets his potential customers and work for you to talk away being happy with what you purchased. In no way did he try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Outstand customer service and overall just a GREAT experience with Sergio and Bay Ridge Honda dealership. More

Worst customer service ever really wish if I had a negative starring or hate button here. I went there today as I had an appointment scheduled today with Joanne..... when we went really wish if I had a negative starring or hate button here. I went there today as I had an appointment scheduled today with Joanne..... when we went there she wasn't there so a senior sales representative named*** Elizabeth Polanco*** came to help us. She was judgemental from the very beginning as she started with and I quote "let me see your driving licence as you look to young to have a driving licence." Then we started talking about leasing Honda civic 2016 with higher milage. From the very beginning she started to blowing me off...she was so rude, wanted to control the whole conversation so that it become one sided...here are some examples At one point of our conversation I asked her to explain the procedures and fees..and once she did and gave us her price I asked will she be able to give us better price she put the situation like since we got the quote online before that's the best price and we should not expect more than this hahahaha. Then I asked is there student discount available? Her response by rolling her eyes and I quote again " do you still think you will get any discount when got an Internet price.??" I wish if I had a photo of her face when she said that. How rude it was. Then I was trying to work out the price since I went there on rainy and windy and cold weather like today. Her reply was if you don't agree the price you should go other place with an attitude xxxx off. ( point to be noted here a sales representative is pushing a potential customer to other place). She didn't try to work out the price any way what she did was lower the down payment and higher the monthly payment with very rude approach which push me away to other dealers and worked out for me good cause I got better price. Any way at the end she did a horrible thing that went way below ( not acceptable at all) customer service standard in usa. I wanted to look at her scrapbook where she wrote down the prices with an intention if I can work out the price so I held the book it was on her side. She quickly grabbed it not letting it go and said and I quote "I think it's ok"(basically saying get the xxxxs outta here) I asked her what let me take look again. She said I don't think you need that. It's ok. That turn me off completely I felt so insulted I immediately left the showroom. And forgot my umbrella behind. I send my brother to get it and she bullied him to... that's how my experience with this dealership. Won't recommend it to online nor to anyone I know. Just don't go there people. You deserve better. More
