Problem was that past Chrysler/Jeep dealership did not offer what I felt was a sincere effort to develop what's best for the car buying/leasing customer rather than ( and they did once) consider what would be best for the customer as well as what could work for the dealer. Igor Shiff does that. and not just once but as I've seen over the course of ten years that I've known about. My girlfriend does not shop anywhere else. and this past spring my son leased his first new vehicle and it was a 2016 Honda Civic. Once again he was dealt with - Honestly, Efficiently, and Professionally (words not sometimes used with car salespeople and dealers)- making him feel like a real car buyer, a very good feeling for a 23 year old kid. Yesterday -knowingly as made a conscious decision not to shop around beforehand- I went in and was handled in the same way I described as my son.
