Leasing a new car for the first time I went to BAYRIDGE Honda the other day in hopes to get a good deal on a leased car and quick. Being that I am still a student, I had a regimented amou I went to BAYRIDGE Honda the other day in hopes to get a good deal on a leased car and quick. Being that I am still a student, I had a regimented amount of money I was willing to spend and put as a down payment for a car. I had taken interest in the Honda Civic (2016) because a friend of mine recently purchased one of well. When I got to the sales floor I was approached very kindly by Jamie, who asked my my name and gave me a good feeling right away. I explained my situation and was stern in my wants/expectations and he recommended two of the cars in the lot being best for me. With a noticeably disregard for one, Jamie directed me towards the Civic and told me to check it out. I can be impulsive and nervous, but Jamie, knowing I was a first time buyer slowed down the process and made it less stressful and more enjoyable. After deciding that I was interested in the car, we sat to talk prices and what can be accomplished. I have Jamie a budget and hoped he could see it through. Instead of negatiating with the other workers by myself, Jamie helped me and somehow was able to get the price I asked for without much hassle. I couldn't have been more impressed and happy that I actually was not being taken advantage of or "raked over the coals" being a new, young, and naive leaser. Jamie even took out the time to speak with my father over the phone mentioning, he does not do business like the 70s where salesman reputations were purely to get as much as they can out of you with no care...that he builds relationships with his clients and hopes to get them exactly what they wanted. I couldn't have said it better because that is exactly his motto. He did not try to sell me on fancier things or push anything on me. He mentioned other, better options of course but he knew my price range and respectfully accepted whatever I asked. Also, he was able to find me a car to take home that day! It was beyond a blessing to have walked into BAYRIDGE Honda I hopes for a car and get one the day of. After going through the process of leasing, Jamie took me to my car where he, himself, put on my plates for me and sat in the car with me to explain thoroughly how to work the inside of the car. He set up my radio and connected my phone to the car through Bluetooth. To say that Jamie was an exceptional salesman is an understatement. I am beyond pleased and happy with his customer service and with my new car! Thank you so much Jamie and everyone at BAYRIDGE Honda. I definitely see myself continuing a business relationship with Jamie and Honda. Again- thank you so much Jamie. You exceed your expectations! More
