This Dealership Rocks !! After having a terrible expierence at a previous Honda Dealership in Long Island ... I walked into Bayridge Honda , to get a 2 opinion and got a frien After having a terrible expierence at a previous Honda Dealership in Long Island ... I walked into Bayridge Honda , to get a 2 opinion and got a friendly welcome from their staff at the door. I asked the Sales rep Jose Gonzlez to show me a Honda CR-V for which I had interest in. Jose, took me to the show room and showed me the Vehicle and gave me all the specifications in minutes. Say no more , I wanted my CR-V !! He got my paper work started in minutes and got me approved !! He then told me me my Brand New Car would be available for pick up the following day since it was near closing time. No problem I was in no rush !!.. The following Day , I came with my family to pick up my CR-V , Jose once again showing his professionalism , explained to me all the functions of the vehicle. He even put a nice Red Bow on it. WOW !! Got all the paper work signed and just like that in less then 2 days, I was out the door driving in a Brand New 2016 Honda CR-V Ex !! The only thing I regret is not coming to Bayridge Honda since the beginning. Thank you Bayridge Honda and Thank you Jose Gonzalez For your professionalism !! Happy Customer More

The salesperson, the Sales Manager (Harry Potamianos), and the Finance Manager (Miguel Sanchez) were very professional in This was a great experience. The salesperson, the Sales Manager (Harry Potamianos), and the Finance Manager (Miguel Sanchez) were very professional in how they assisted me to purchase my first ever brand-new vehicle. My interactions with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were limited, but greatly contributed to my decision to do business here. The Sales Manager, in negotiating the price with me, commented that doing business with me, at my choosing, felt like he was 'stealing' business from another dealership closer to where I live (I live in Astoria-and went to buy a car in Bay Ridge). This to me show a sense of honesty and an attitude of respect the Manager holds to his professional and the business community he serves. The Finance Manager was also very professional; he valued my time and worked in conjunction with the Sales Manager and the Salesperson to ensure I got the best deal. At the end of the say, I noticed that they both had treated me as a person, a neighbor, and not just like another individual buying a car. As for Jose Gonzalez, there are no words to really describe his professionalism; saying the best may not be enough. I only wish I had met someone like Jose when I used to sell pre-owned vehicles (2003); perhaps I would have found the strength and the inspiration needed to continue in the profession. Jose is the type of sales professional you want to do business with. Very respectful, very human and down to earth, while taking care of all the details needed to ensure you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. During the negotiation there is, at times, little that the salesperson can do (that is, when the Sales Manager intervenes); in this occasion, I felt like I had an ambassador speaking on my behalf, inch by inch, helping negotiate the best possible deal for me and my family. Some people are what I call salespersons; others like Jose Gonzales, are SALES PROFESSIONALS. They do business with a sense respect and dignity that moves you; it is a especial way of treating people that causes them to see the bright side of life. Kudos to you Jose Gonzales! Keep it up!
