I lease all the time and I was never able to get out of there that fast, but he made that happen. No surprises anywhere, whatever he and I spoke about over the phone it happened. I would give 0 stars if possible This dealership is the epitome of stereotypical car dealers. Dishonest, deceptive, rude, shifty. I've had 3 experiences with them and I should have k This dealership is the epitome of stereotypical car dealers. Dishonest, deceptive, rude, shifty. I've had 3 experiences with them and I should have known better after the 1st one. In my latest experience the sales manager told me: You didn't come in to do business with us today, then got up, shook my hand and walked away. Even the sales person was speechless. Their loss. NO SALE. No commission. No more customer. The manager told me Honda was losing customer loyalty. I don't doubt it. That manager's name isn't even listed in the "employees dealt with" section at the end of this review. Why am I not surprised? Another manager did call me the next day to set up a meeting with the general manager. I ain't going back in that building Prior to that I responded to many deceptive emails promoting an upgraded vehicle for the same lease price or an even trade for a reduced price. turns out since I had more than 1 month left on the lease my new payments would include the remaining payments on the existing lease. The new payment would be over $100 more per month than the current payment. More
