We felt welcomed and comfortable during the entire process, which only took 2 days in total- the evening we went to look at the car and decided to purchase it, and filling out the paperwork, and the day we went to pick it up. There was never any pressure, just methodical assistance. Jose was efficient and demonstrated excellent follow-through. Picking up the car was a breeze, and nothing was belabored. The only tiny criticism we would issue is that there was not enough air in the tires, and we had been assured that all of those things like oil and air had been done. Overall, buying our wonderful car and working with Jose was a great experience! More
