This time, with a different sales rep, there were some misunderstandings and unfortunate issues that left me feeling very unsatisfied with the deal I got. After 4 days of trying to get the issues resolved on the phone with my sales rep's manager Adrian, I felt frustrated and defeated because he clearly was not doing anything to help. However, on the 5th day, I went back to the dealership....and thanks to the patience and understanding of Manager Happy Potamianos, he went above and beyond to take the reins and rectify the situation to make me a happy customer again.
