She explained all the car functions, gave me a test drive, and provided reasonable price for the car. Because it was late in the day I had to come back next day where I spoke with Insurance Rep and Financial Manager, Joseph Calixtus, to finalize the paperwork. I had great experience with Joseph who provided valuable information, beneficial options, and I was not pressured in any way. On top of that Betty was always helpful in each step of the way.
