Two things that really impressed me was that she knew every little thing about my 2014 Odyessy and she really took her time to explain to my wife how every thing worked. My wife has been driving her 2003 Odyessy for over 10 years so the thought of driving the new one was very scary to her but after Elizabeth went over every little detail, sometimes 2 & 3 times until my wife understood it 100% More

I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I dropped it off at 4:30 pm on Friday. I waited five hours and was not given any information. I left without my car. On Saturday I did not receive a phone call updating me on the status of my car. I looked over my service paper, noticed the clerk checked off that I did not have an appointment, of course he didn't tell me that. He was the same person I made the appointment with over the telephone. It is inconsiderate to have a customer waiting for a car to be fixed, and a mechanic is not working on the car. I discovered that information when I walked my self back to the service area. These people are extremely inconsiderate. Poor service, overrall! I don't mind paying their exorbitant service cost but at the same time they seem to have a problem servicing customers with "excellence", as they advertise. Seriously consider going somewhere else! More

I heard about Bay Ridge Honda through a friend but never thought that I would travel from Dutchess County NY to Brooklyn. My experience at Bay Ridge confirmed that I made the right choice. The customer service was exemplary on every level; from the receptionist to our fabulous salesman, Igor, to all the employees that went out of their way to ask if we would like coffee, were we being helped, did we need directions home, etc. For me, buying a car has always been a stressful experience but I actually look forward to going to Bay Ridge because you feel like you're among friends and you leave knowing that your needs were heard and you're driving away in the right vehicle for you. My family now has 3 Hondas from Bay Ridge and I have no plans to end my relationship with them. More
