It is hard to buy a new care but they made it so easy! Exactly the service I was looking for! :) My boyfriend and I came in to lease a 2015 Honda CRV Ex about 3 weeks ago. We previously went to a competitor dealership, but they didn't give us numb My boyfriend and I came in to lease a 2015 Honda CRV Ex about 3 weeks ago. We previously went to a competitor dealership, but they didn't give us numbers unless we planned on doing business that day. We used TrueCar and the best price option directed us to Bay Ridge Honda. When we went there, we were politely greeted at the front, met with the representative who made the appointment for me (who was very knowledgable with the process over the phone - she didn't sound like she was reading a script). Then, we were walked over to Jose Gonzalez. Right away we were greeted with a smile, asked if we wanted refreshments. He showed us to a CRV, sat me in there and showed me all the features it had to offer. Since I test drove it in the last dealership, I opted out from test driving it again. When we went back to Jose's desk, we talked number - he presented it to his managers and within minutes we got a deal we agreed upon. It was a done deal! The whole process took no more than ONE hour! :) The last dealership had us waiting around for 2 hours with no numbers, no deal. Since the color I wanted was not available from the lot, Jose told me it would arrive within the week. It actually got there within 3 days! When I went to pick it up, I had to wait a little while because their financial department was backed up. I didn't mind so much because Jose always checked up on me and apologized for the wait. The final transaction with the financial representative was smooth and painless. Once this was done, Jose brought me to my new car! Even though it was passed closing time, he sat in the CRV with me and showed me how to operate just about all features. I truly appreciated that. Thank you, so much Jose! I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking to leasing/purchasing a Honda. More
