Near the end of the negotiation, Harry the sales manager came over to make sure I was comfortable with everything, and honored the price we agreed to even after I had to step out for a few hours prior to closing. They answered every question I had. At other dealerships I didn't feel the sales people or management cared, I felt I was just another sale and that the sales people were dishonest. But at Bay ridge Honda I can say that Harry and Elizabeth were genuine, sincerely care about their customers and provide them with a wonderful experience. Elizabeth even put a red bow on my brand new car, making me feel special. Most importantly I had my kids with me and they provided coloring books and crayons for my kids to play with.
